The Demon Inside Me

Thursday is all about Vampire Diaries, Secret Circle and Jersey Shore, yes I'm a jersey fan =).

As the title of the post says, the shows consist of darker twist inside a 'person'. Some of us are able to control our darker agenda, some can't. Other will feed it and will try to get a result from it to prove someone a point, even if it's for a good or bad thing. Some of us are made this way while others were born in which it's your nature to be more 'bad' then 'good'. And sometimes, in an unfortunate event, the 'evil' gets into us and we can't control it. Sometimes it's good to embrace the dark, other times it's not. In the end, it's all about the balance, there cannot be too much or too little of any sides.

*Warning the following verdicts contain spoilers* So DON'T read it if you don't want to know what happens in the latest episodes of the shows mentioned above. You've been warn. Continue to see my ratings of the each episodes.

On Jersey, the boys went to Sicily to meet with Vinny's familia and the girls head off to Tuscany with some wine tasting/drinking. After Nicole said "I hate you," to Mike he decides to play a little scheme; he told Ron that he told one of his boys, the Unit to contact Jionni in which he gave out Jionni's number to his buddy. Sam overheard this, told Deena, the two of them told Mike that is messed up and later Nicole raged. She starts throwing anything in the living room/kitchen that she can throw at Mike, he dodged them all and told her to always go to the source of the issue instead of assuming and raging. Later in the episode Jenni was being an actual best friend and told her the truth of her honest opinion on Nicole's relationship with Jionni; Nicole couldn't handle Jenni's honesty and starting to call her out as being a bad friend. In my opinion an actual best friend will not sugar coat things for you, that's what a friend does, to make you feel that things are alright, a best friend will tell you your issues and how actually effed you are. This was a satisfying episode, filled with drama, not enough humour but that's alright. It confirms that if I was friends with Nicole, I will actually have to shake her to make her realize that she is being a bit of a brat. Harsh but I'm honest (what a best friend should be).

Vampire Diaries, I love it especially with Klaus. He is a near perfect villain; in the previous episode, Stefan and Klaus brought back Rebecca, his younger sister who falls for Stefan when he was known as 'The Ripper'. The drama continued as they went on to find the necklace of the original witch that casted Klaus' hybrid spell, Gloria, Klaus witch friend, located the necklace after torturing Stefan in feeling his essence or spirit. She also found out the Elena's still alive and kicking, which is why Klaus is unable to create any hybrids. Later, Katherine came to Stefan's rescue by killing Gloria; Rebecca sense that Stefan isn't being completely honest to her and her brother so she told Klaus and they are now back in Mystic Falls. In the meantime, Bonnie is back; Jeremy told Bonnie about his ghost sense, Anna warns him of some darkness that is around and how he is able to contact Anna and Vicky then he shut Anna out. Damon tried to compel Billy, Caroline's daddy who tried to kill her. That didn't work, so he try to kill him by sucking him dry, that also didn't work because Caroline came to the rescue. Damon misses drinking fresh blood. He became fed up with people trying to control his behaviour, he knows he's a monster, he's a vampire after all. Elena tries to make him more like Stefan, which will never work then Katherine pops up and asks him to join her little crime mission. Elena refuses to admit she has some kind of feelings for Damon and we will see what will happen next episode. The thing about the Vampire Diaries production team, they always give you some questions to think about at the end of an episode in which the next episode generally answers but then the leave with another climatic part cliffhanger. I get hooked all the time.

The Secret Circle, it's slowly getting better and darker, I like. This episode was about Heather, Cassie's mother's friend from high school. It turns out that she had not move for 16 years when Amelia (Cassie's mom) place a spell on her to prevent a demon from possessing her further; Cassie thought that the spell was a doing of evil so she reversed it, dismantling her mom's spell and unleashed a possessed lady. It turns out that witchcraft is not all spells and herbs, there are darker stuff that lies within. Heather confirmed that wherever there is witchcraft, there is evil. As the pieces of the puzzle of the boat fire that killed the circle's parent starts to come together; we found out that there were demons. Later Heather dies from running into the middle of the road and the demon which was inside her (a form of a mini snake) had slipped into Nick's jacket and now it's in Melissa, so we will see what will happen to them in the next episode. All I know is that it will be interesting.
